Friday, July 23rd around midnight a crash occurred on Highway 75 near 41st street.
According to Police the driver of an SUV was headed northbound when he went off the highway, hit the middle median, came back onto the highway, when a jeep entered the highway hitting the SUV.
Police report that the driver of the SUV failed a sobriety test.
The driver of the Jeep was taken to the hospital with what looks like a broken leg.
