Biography
Mallory is a passionate and skilled attorney whose dedication and desire to help people drives her to go above and beyond for her clients. She received her undergraduate degree from Texas Christian University with a Bachelor Degree in Political Science. While pursuing her degree, Mallory worked for the Tarrant County 17th District Court, the Tarrant County Civil Court, and the Reagan Ranch Center with the Young America's Foundation in Santa Barbara, California. Mallory graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2021. During her first year she clerked with a firm Hallman and Associates and for all three years was a research assistant Hallman and Associates, the University of Oklahoma College of Law. Mallory began working at Swain Law Group upon passing the Bar Exam.
Mallory is a member of the Family Law Section and Juvenile Law Section of the Oklahoma Bar Association and focuses primarily on divorce, paternity, guardianships, child custody, child support issues, juvenile deprived and other civil matters. Mallory also has experience representing adult and juveniles with mental health issues and navigating the court system if her client finds themselves in an involuntary commitment to an inpatient facility.
Mallory currently lives in Norman and enjoys attending OU athletic events, spending time with her dog and spending time with family and friends.
