In late 2024 the Swain Law Group opened a new office in Ardmore, Oklahoma, located at 11 N. Washington Street. This new location will allow the firm to accept more criminal, family and personal injury cases in Southern Oklahoma. The firm already handles a large number of criminal cases in Ardmore (Carter County), Marietta (Love County), Tishomingo (Johnston County), Sulphur (Murray County), Durant (Bryan County) and Madill (Marshall County). The new Ardmore office will allow the firm to expand the number of cases we accept in these counties as well as other counties in Southeast Oklahoma.
The new Ardmore office is run by attorney Austin Browning. Austin joined the Swain Law Group in 2024 after leaving the Choctaw Tribal Prosecutor’s office. As a tribal prosecutor, Austin handled all aspects of tribal criminal cases, from violent offenses to sex crimes to misdemeanors. Prior to the Choctaw Nation, Austin was a prosecutor in Grady and Caddo County.
