Friday, July 23rd motorcyclist died after a crash in Pushmataha County.
The motorcyclist, Corey Holaday (age 29), was headed northbound on US Highway 271 when he attempted to pass a vehicle near County Road 1900.
As Holaday went to pass the vehicle something caused him to swerve towards the left side of the road crashing into a culvert.
Holaday was taken to the Pushmataha Hospital by Antlers EMS, where he was then Air Evac transported to St. John’s in Tulsa.
Holaday sadly died from his injuries.
According to troopers Holaday was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.
