Fatal Auto-Pedestrian Accident Reported in Tulsa on I-244

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol responded to a fatal auto-pedestrian accident on Monday, April 5th, around 7 a.m. The crash happened in the southbound lanes of Interstate 244 in downtown Tulsa.

According to the OHP, 39-year-old Daniel Hindman of Sand Springs was found struck by multiple vehicles traveling southbound. Reports stated Hindman was likely trying to cross the road when he was hit. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family of the victim.

Investigation into the accident is ongoing. More information will be provided as it becomes available.
