Two Dead After Collision with Semi-Truck in Logan County

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol and Guthrie Fire Department responded to a fatal crash on Saturday, February 27th, at approximately 11:30 p.m. The collision happened on State Highway 33 and South Broadway, west of Guthrie.

According to the OHP, a passenger vehicle turning off South Broadway onto State Highway 33 failed to yield at a stop sign and collided with a semi-truck, becoming trapped underneath the trailer.

Sadly, the two occupants of the passenger vehicle were pronounced dead at the scene. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family of the victims.

The investigation of the crash is ongoing. More information will be provided as it becomes available.
