A fatal collision occurred in Tulsa on Tuesday, February 23rd. The crash happened on East 21st Street, between Garnett Road and Highway 169. According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, a trooper responded to reports of a 14-year-old stealing a truck at a Coweta carwash.

A chase ensued through Tulsa, but just before authorities called off the pursuit the driver of the stolen vehicle crashed into an SUV. Sadly, 31-year-old Lanise Dade and her daughter, Camyea, were killed in the collision. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family of the victims.

The third passenger, a young boy, was transported to a local hospital for treatment.

The 14-year-old was arrested on suspicion of two counts of first-degree murder, possession of a stolen vehicle, and eluding a police officer.

This is a developing story. More information will be provided as it becomes available.
