Fatal Auto-Pedestrian Accident Leaves One Man Dead in Johnston County

A 23-year-old man died after being struck by a vehicle on Friday, March 19, around 3:30 a.m. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol responded to the crash in Johnston County, along OK-1, just east of Mill Creek.

According to authorities, a pickup truck was traveling northbound when it hit 23-year-old Lane Farmer, who was reportedly walking in the northbound lane of traffic.

Tragically, Lane was pronounced dead at the scene. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family of the victim.
