Two people were taken to the hospital after a car crash near Elgin Wednesday morning, January 13th. According to Oklahoma Highway Patrol, the crash occurred at the intersection of OK-17 and NE Trail Drive, just one mile east of Elgin.
Reports stated a 2020 Dodge Journey stopped at a stop sign and then pulled in front of a 2005 Chevrolet Corvette on OK-17.
The driver of the Dodge was transported to the hospital, treated, and released. The driver of the Chevrolet was admitted to a local hospital and then transferred to an Oklahoma City hospital to be treated for internal injuries.
