A flash explosion occurred Thursday, January 28th, at a pizza restaurant in Jones. The explosion was located in the 9000 block of North Hiwassee Road.
Authorities reported two victims suffered burns and another sustained a back injury.
Officials said the impact of the explosion blew down the wall between the restaurant and the liquor store next door.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
