An Oklahoma City man died on November 25th after a three-car accident in Chickasha, Oklahoma. The accident occurred on the H.E. Bailey Turnpike in Grady County and was investigated by the Oklahoma Highway Patrol. The deceased, 60-year-old Pablo Chavez Otero, was being towed by another vehicle at the time he was struck by another vehicle.
