Ada Man in Critical Condition After Head-on Crash

A head-on car accident on November 15th in Ada put a driver in critical condition.  According to OHP Troopers, the accident involved three vehicles and culminated in a head-on collision on State Highway 3W.  The driver of the third vehicle, 33-year-old Marty Martin, was flown to an Oklahoma City hospital in critical condition.  The other 4 passengers in his car were treated and released at the scene.

The other two drivers were not injured.

OHP Troopers say the crash was caused by inattentive driving.

Did you know that in 2019 there were 57 fatal or injury car accidents in Pontotoc County (Ada, Roff, Byng)?  Of the 175 total people that were injured, sadly 11 of those died as a result of their injuries.  Most of those potential wrongful death accidents occurred on Highway 3W and Highway 1.
