With the opening of a new satellite office in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma, the Swain Law Group has expanded its services offered to residents in South Central Oklahoma, especially in Garvin, Pontotoc and Carter Counties.
The Swain Law Group currently consists of seven attorneys that focus their practice on Criminal Defense, Family Law and Personal Injury/Wrongful Death cases. With five attorneys that handle criminal defense cases, the firm is one of the state’s largest criminal defense firms. Three of the criminal defense attorneys are former prosecutors in Oklahoma and Cleveland Counties and they each have significant trial experience.
Attorneys Scott Banks and Jordan Hutchison focus their practice on family law and other civil litigation matters. This includes complex divorces, child custody battles, and child support modifications. In addition, the pair routinely handle other civil litigation matters such as accidents and business disputes.
